Privacy Policy

What we store

• Your contact: mobile number, email address or Google account id, used only to sign you in.
• Your first name, language and (optionally) class.
• Your lessons: the questions you type or photograph, and Zen's explanations.
• Payments: amount, status and the Pine Labs order or link id. We never see your card or UPI details.
• Basic activity logs (for example sign-in and lesson times) to run and improve the service.

Who processes it

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

• Anthropic (Claude) to create explanations from your question or photo.
• ElevenLabs to turn Zen's lines into voice.
• AgenticOrg to route lessons to a human teacher for checking.
• Pine Labs to process payments.
• Google for Google sign-in.
• Our SMS and email providers to send sign-in codes.

Children

Zenius is made for students. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent's or guardian's consent. We do not sell personal data or show ads.

Deleting your data

Open Settings and choose "Delete my account". This deletes your lessons and your login. Pine Labs keeps payment records as the law requires, and we keep the matching payment entries for accounting.
